“Bole always comes before the swift horse.” In order to strengthen its talent pool, Tat Ka Wai Hong Pharmaceutical Group launched the “Talent Empowerment” program. This initiative is designed to nurture and grow talent, providing tailored training and development paths for individuals with different professional backgrounds and expertise levels. The goal is to build a well-structured, highly-skilled team that fosters innovation, becoming a driving force for the company’s steady and sustainable growth. On the afternoon of January 12, the graduation ceremony of the 2025 Management Trainee Training (Phase 1) was held at the company’s headquarters. Group President Hu Shengli, Vice President Ou Zhizhen, and the heads of various business divisions were present to assess the training results of the 24 trainees.
The First Phase of the Management Trainee Training lasted 7 days. During the training, the Group’s chairman and general manager personally guided the trainees, incorporating military-style training. Business division instructors focused on a range of topics including pharmaceutical industry policies, warehousing and logistics, store service knowledge, medical insurance and DTP services, financial and procurement knowledge, and sales techniques. This comprehensive training provided the trainees with in-depth skills and knowledge to empower them as they enter their careers.
Every morning at 7:30, the sound of military training could be heard across the company’s sports field. Training in military posture, drill formations, and discipline helped to clear away the confusion and impatience often felt when entering the workforce for the first time.
Under the meticulous, professional, and humor-filled instruction of the lecturers, all management trainees actively participated in the sessions. The Q&A segments became highly competitive, with participants eagerly answering questions and engaging in spirited discussions.
During the closing ceremony, the trainees marched onto the stage with strong and confident steps, their eyes set, spirits high, and their rallying cries loud and clear, showing their unwavering team spirit.
After several days of intensive training, all management trainees eagerly took to the stage to share their reflections and the valuable insights they gained from the program.
Based on overall classroom performance, training assessments, and on-site presentations, outstanding teams and individuals were selected.
Group President Hu Shengli delivered the closing remarks, encouraging everyone to maintain an “empty cup” mindset, quickly integrate into the collective, and approach their work with a calm and focused attitude. She emphasized the importance of continuously improving one’s ability to identify and solve problems. She expressed her belief that as long as everyone remains determined, continues to think critically, works diligently, and strives for self-improvement, they will undoubtedly achieve their dreams on the vast stage of Tat Ka Wai Hong.
As management trainee Li Shixuan remarked in his personal reflection: “While the intensive training has come to an end, it marks just the beginning of our journey as part of the Tat Ka Wai Hong family.” With this, the 2025 Management Trainee Training Program (Phase 1) of Tat Ka Wai Hong was successfully completed! We firmly believe that, under the guiding spirit of “Dajia for Medicine, Weikang for the World,” all our trainee “Tat Ka Wai Hong family members” will set sail on their dream journey on the vast stage of Tat Ka Wai Hong, bravely navigating challenges and truly becoming the “outstanding talents” driving the new development of the company!
