The atmosphere at the launch ceremony was lively. Themed “Innovation for Youth, Winning the Future,” the competition featured three tracks: creative design, marketing practice, and business planning. It fully aligned with the current development trend of the big health industry and the innovative needs of young people. The competition progressed in three stages: preliminary, semi-finals, and finals. From July to August, a summer training camp will be organized, and qualified contestants will have the opportunity to conduct practical training at Dajia Weikang’s headquarters and offline stores.

Chen Bin, member of the Party Committee and Executive Vice President of Hunan International Economics University, stated that this competition serves as an important practical platform for the school to thoroughly implement the national deployment on employment and entrepreneurship, deepen industry-education integration, and promote collaborative education between schools and enterprises. He hoped that students would hone their skills through practical experience, seek development through innovation, and strive to achieve a win-win situation for the school, enterprises, and students.

To ensure the smooth conduct of the competition and assist participating students in realizing their innovative dreams, Dajia Weikang provided comprehensive support and guarantees for the competition. Ou Zhizhen, Vice President of Dajia Weikang Pharmaceutical Group, stated: “The school motto of ‘Perfection, Self-reliance, and Self-improvement’ of Hunan International Economics University nourishes the youthful energy of daring to think and try, and forging ahead with determination. The college deeply cultivates innovative talents, promotes the practice of industry-education integration, and is highly aligned with Dajia Weikang’s development strategy of ‘Innovation as the Foundation, Ecology as the Chain, and Talent as the Base’. This competition is an innovative practice for schools and enterprises to jointly create the first youth innovation and entrepreneurship brand in the provincial health industry – based on disciplinary characteristics, highlighting professional skills, empowering talent cultivation, Dajia Weikang provides practical training opportunities, real-life scenarios, and real-time commissions, promoting learning, practice, and innovation through competitions. It is expected that through this competition, schools and enterprises will jointly cultivate composite talents, help innovation and entrepreneurship bear fruit, and establish a benchmark for industry-education integration; it is also expected that more planning experts, design gurus, marketing masters, and health consultants will emerge from the competition.

The development of the health industry cannot be achieved without the power of innovation, nor can it be separated from the participation of young people. The launch of the first “Dajia Weikang Cup” campus innovation and entrepreneurship competition at Hunan International Economics University is not only a concrete manifestation of the enterprise’s fulfillment of social responsibility and support for the growth of young people, but also an important measure for Dajia Weikang to deeply explore the health industry and tap into new growth points in fashion and health. In the future, Dajia Weikang will continue to rely on its advantages across the entire industry chain to simultaneously organize innovation and entrepreneurship competitions in more universities, encouraging more young students to engage in innovative practices in the health industry. By transforming the wisdom of youth into a driving force for industrial development, we aim to create a new industrial ecosystem of “health + fashion” and contribute corporate strength to the implementation of the “Healthy China” strategy.
