On January 6th, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions jointly held the “National Recognition Conference for Advanced Private Enterprises in Employment and Social Security and Caring for Employees to Achieve a Win-Win Situation” in a combination of online and offline formats. Five private enterprises and two individuals from Hunan Province were awarded four honors, including “National Advanced Private Enterprise in Employment and Social Security”, “National Advanced Enterprise Trade Union for Caring for Employees and Win-Win”, “National Excellent Private Entrepreneur Caring for Employees”, and “National Excellent Employee Loving the Enterprise”. Tat Ka Wai Hong was honored with the title of “National Advanced Private Enterprise in Employment and Social Security”.
The scale of employment continues to expand
Facing the complex and volatile economic environment, Tat Ka Wai Hong has always adhered to the principle that “development is the absolute principle”. Over the past three years, the annual average growth rate of Tat Ka Wai Hong’s main business income has continued to soar, with the total number of employees steadily increasing at a rate of around 20% each year from 3,461 at the end of 2023. Actively serving the national employment priority strategy, the company has tilted its recruitment resources towards key groups, recruiting a total of 297 recent college graduates in the past two years. A special “returning military personnel” recruitment channel has been set up, successfully recruiting 50 retired military personnel in the past two years. The “heart-warming project” has helped disadvantaged groups, assisting a total of 150 low-income individuals to achieve stable employment and providing suitable job positions for 67 disabled people, demonstrating the warmth and compassion of the company.
