As we welcome the Year of the Snake, we will focus on talent strategy to enhance our capabilities and move forward with determination to achieve our goals. On the afternoon of January 18, Tat Ka Wai Hong Pharmaceutical Group held its 2024 Year-End Party, bringing together leaders and team members to celebrate.

PART 01: President’s Speech – A Passionate Opening

Tat Ka Wai Hong Pharmaceutical Group’s President, Ms. Hu Shengli, delivered the opening speech: “Looking back at 2024, we have united our efforts and moved forward with a strong momentum, embracing the ‘new.’ We built a new campus with a logistics center, R&D building, and employee housing, laying a strong foundation for growth. We have expanded our horizons by establishing the Regenerative Medicine Research Institute, Tat Ka Wai Hong Pharmaceutical (Hong Kong), and the International Business Department. Our product sare making their way into international markets. We have welcomed new partners and further expanded our chain operations within Hunan Province. To further enhance brand visibility, Xiao Jian Zhong Granules were featured during CCTV’s prime-time Spring Festival broadcast. This integrated campaign, encompassing exhibitions, television, buses, and elevator media, ensures consistent and impactful brand messaging. Looking back at 2024, we have been guided by a spirit of service, donating relief supplies to Huarong County and expressing our gratitude to frontline workers, and contributing the strength of Tat Ka Wai Hong to society. The more challenging the situation, the further we push forward, embracing the journey with purpose and wisdom. As we look ahead to 2025, we hope that all team members will rise with momentum, bringing their enthusiasm and faith as they embark on a new chapter in the development of Tat Ka Wai Hong Pharmaceutical Group!”

Leaders from all subsidiaries and branches summarized the achievements of the past year and outlined the company’s vision for the new year. To inspire employees with clearer goals, the heads of each business division made solemn pledges, setting resolute targets for 2025. As a representative, Wang Lin, Executive President of the Industrial Division, stated: “Together with the leaders of the subsidiaries and branches, we will give our all to ensure the mission is accomplished!”

Mr. Wang Yiqing, Chairman of Tat Ka Wai Hong Pharmaceutical Group, gave a speech: We thank all team members for their efforts in 2024. The year 2025 will bring even greater challenges. We will continue to strengthen internal management, build a more robust regulatory and training system, ensuring the company remains steady and sustainable. Our own products are a strong growth driver, and we will further intensify the development of proprietary products, creating a more professional and flexible sales team to capture a broader market space. We will actively attract domestic and international research talent, launching more new drugs with independent intellectual property rights to enhance the company’s core competitiveness. We will continue to innovate and optimize service models, injecting vitality into the development of chain pharmacies through professional and customized health management solutions. Talent is the primary resource for a company’s growth.
