In the face of gynecological patients, she hand-painted pathological schematic diagrams and transformed professional terms into life-oriented metaphors. When she met the left-behind elderly, she created a dialect version of health pithy formula. Faced with tocolytic patients, she summed up the “physical and mental synchronous nursing” model, which successfully helped many high-risk pregnant women safely through the critical period.
Yang Mengjiao, a nurse in the treatment room, is a nurse in charge who has been engaged in nursing for more than 10 years. In the field of gynecology and tocolysis, a double check account was established to achieve zero nursing errors. With years of professional knowledge and clinical experience, the success rate of puncture has been increased to more than 98%, which significantly alleviates the pain of patients and gains the trust of many “fan patients”.
